Biography of Dr. Johan Jordaan

Doctor Johan Jordaan has been active in the fields of leadership and management development in Southern Africa for over three decades. He has degrees in leadership, administration and management development and holds a prestigious Allen Rosenbaum Award for research in Public Administration and International Development from the University of Miami, USA. Dr. Jordaan brings a wealth of academic and professional knowledge to business organisations, government institutions, professional societies and students via course instruction, speaking engagements and various education programmes.  He is currently an organisational development specialist at the Quemic Group and a part-time senior lecturer at the University of Pretoria in Public Management. Dr. Jordaan is a recognised leader in the field of leadership development.

Dr. Jordaan is the creator of a unique model for the empowerment of people at different levels within organisations and society throughout Southern Africa.  The model encompasses concepts such as stewardship, lifelong leadership, aesthetics in leadership relations and leadership lessons from nature. His development interventions are well sought after by organisations who want to invest in the wellness and growth of people for organisational prosperity and performance.
